- To administer small flushes of enteral formula. Traditionally, the 60 ml syringes are used for that
- To administer water flushes and/or medication
- Compatible with ENFIT feeding tube. (For non-ENFIT feeding tube, see Adapter for non-ENFIT feeding tube)
- Normally lasts 7 days if well cleaned and maintained
